SHORT-TERM SERVICE MANAGEMENT

Short Term Management includes, room service, cleaning, laundry, tour guide, airport pick up. Ensures that the investor’s apartment becomes competitive on market.
10% Service charge on the monthly rent (min. USD 35)

LONG-TERM SERVICE MANAGEMENT

Long Term Management includes assistance to the tenant or apartment such as joining the neighbor meeting, rental collecting, bill payment, defects fixing, monthly report.
10% Service charge on the monthly rent (min. USD 35)

DUEL SERVICE

Long + Short Term rental
THE WU GROUP manages your property like hotels
Monthly: USD 120 and 10% as management fee.

The place is very comfortable, clean and with a lot of light. Well equipped: open kitchen bar, huge bathtub, and comfy bed. We have asked the staff to help us book restaurant almost the whole stay in Ho Chi Minh, very supportive and friendly.
