Payment Option: for Shop House
A. For Promised transfer Deposit Contract and Land Use Right Transfer Contract

-Party A will send Party B a notice before each Payment Period. In order to avoid misunderstanding, sending this notice is not a compulsory obligation of Party A. Therefore, Party A’s failure to send notice will not waive Party B’s payment obligations before the Due Date of Party B under the Contract.
– All other bank fees, transfer fees and similar fees payable in connection with any payment will be bearable by Party B. Party B guarantees that at all times Party A will receive the full amount payable from Party B under this Contract.
– At Phase 10, 11 parties A reserve the right to adjust in accordance with the law, the approval of competent state agencies and the current status of the project.

B. Promising Contract to Buy and Sell houses formed in the future

– Party A will send Party B a notice before each Payment Period. In order to avoid misunderstanding, sending this notice is not a compulsory obligation of Party A. Therefore, Party A’s failure to send notice will not waive Party B’s payment obligations before the Due Date of Party B under the Contract.
– All other bank fees, transfer fees and similar fees payable in connection with any payment will be bearable by Party B. Party B guarantees that at all times Party A will receive the full amount payable from Party B under this Contract.
– At Phase 11, 12 parties A reserve the right to adjust in accordance with the law, the approval of competent state agencies and the current status of the project.

Therefore, Party A’s failure to send notice will not waive Party B’s payment obligations before the Due Date of Party B under the Contract.

– At Phase 17, 18 parties A reserve the right to adjust in accordance with the law, the approval of competent state agencies and the current status of the project.

GENERAL REGULATIONS

– Applicable to deposit transactions from October 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020

– Customers pay 50% the value of products can transfer products.
